Sorry that interview didn't work out for you. I've been able to listen to it just fine everytime, either by clicking on the link or pasting it into the address bar... If you Google "Jeff Ament", the interview comes up as about the fifth or sixth option, under the name of "Media Archive". Perhaps that link will work better for you.

In short, the interview was done before the Vancouver show, and basically covers why PJ is playing a Canadian tour (and "not skipping" Vancouver specifically -- Jeff says they're "neighbours") and also some general info about the state of the new record, with Jeff saying they're still working on it, and discussing the fact that they have been writing more up-tempo rock songs.
